One Atom Atlas · 2C-B · what is known, measured, reported and rumoured
This is 2 mg. A trust-tagged atlas of 2C-B.
Shulgin wrote that across 12–24 mg, every 2 mg can change 2C-B profoundly. Pills tested held anything from 8 to 26 mg. Eyes can't dose.

Before anything else
A few milligrams change a lot. Shulgin wrote that every 2 mg matters. Tested pills held from 8 to 26 mg; one stamped “24” held 37.
“Tusi” or “pink cocaine” is almost never 2C-B. It is a dyed mix, usually ketamine and MDMA, sometimes sedatives. 3.6% of 470 Spanish samples held any 2C-B.
Relatives sold under its name have killed. NBOMes act in micrograms and have been sold as LSD and 2C-B; Bromo-DragonFLY sold as 2C-B-FLY killed people in 2009. Blotter “2C-B” is a red flag.
Never with lithium. No MAO inhibitors. Seizures are reported with lithium; MAO is how the body clears 2C-B.
Fewer than a hundred people have ever taken 2C-B in a study, and other drugs are regularly sold under its name. This atlas tags every claim with how much we actually know: measured in a lab, reported by people who took it, or only rumoured.

How to read this
What is known about 2C-B comes in very different grades. A blood level measured in a Maastricht lab and a sentence about colours getting richer do not deserve the same type. Every claim is an index card, and Shulgin kept his molecules on edge-notched cards: holes along the top, some cut open to the edge. Here the notches say how strong the evidence is and whether it comes from people describing their own experience. Press a tile to pull that kind of card out of the whole page.

The order is on purposeThe molecule: what it is. Sold as 2C-B: pills, tusi, NBOMes and testing. It comes before the drug, because most harm linked to 2C-B starts there. Taking it: the drug itself, with your own hours inside it. Research & law: studies, history, law and help.
The drawing behind the pageA large 2C-B sits in pencil behind the atlas. Every section you read inks part of it. The bromine arrives last. It is a record of your reading, nothing more.
A glance is enoughThe page starts with what a first-time reader needs. Look closer for detail, or show everything. Safety only keeps just what keeps people safe lit. Search (⌘K or /) always reaches all of it.
Not advice, not a recipeThis is a reference and an artwork. It is not medical or legal advice, it never shows how anything is made or obtained, and dose ranges are what sources report, not recommendations.

If it goes wrong
Emergency number in the EU and many other countries:
USA and Canada 911 · UK 999 or 112 · Australia 000. Call for someone who can't be woken, has a seizure, has chest pain, is very hot and confused, is injured, or is a danger to themselves or others. If what was taken might not be 2C-B (pink powder, blotter, an unknown pill), say so: NBOMes, ketamine mixes and sedatives need different care. Tell the medics what was taken, how much and when.

Keep still.
2C-B, mixed with…
No controlled study has tested 2C-B with anything else; every rating here is extrapolated or community consensus, and says so. Lithium and MAO inhibitors come first. Pick what else might be involved; every rating says why, what trouble looks like and where it comes from.

What this is
A reference and an art piece about 2C-B, made by one person in Czechia. Not a shop, not a guide, not a dare.
Why
People take 2C-B whether or not anyone approves. Knowing what is true, and how sure anyone is, makes it less likely to hurt them.
How to read it
Every claim links to its source and carries a tag for how strong the evidence is. For 2C-B most of it is thin, and the tags say so. Sources can be wrong, and so can I.
What it isn't
Medical or legal advice, or encouragement. 2C-B is illegal almost everywhere.
Right now
If someone is in trouble: 112 in the EU, 911 in the US, 999 in the UK.

About One Atom Atlas
One Atom Atlas is a personal art and education project about 2C-B, made by one person in Czechia. It belongs to a small family of atlases (Hyperspace Atlas, K-Hole Atlas, Bicycle Day Atlas, Second Summer Atlas, Spore Print Atlas, One Atom Atlas). Nobody pays for it, nothing is for sale, and it is not affiliated with any organisation.
Why it exists
People use psychoactive substances whether or not anyone approves. Accurate, honest information reduces harm; myths and silence increase it. This site is written for adults, in that spirit: harm reduction and education, not promotion. Not discouraging use is different from encouraging it, and nothing here encourages it.
How to read it
Every claim links to its source and carries a trust tag showing how strong the evidence is, from replicated research down to anecdote. Please take the tags seriously: some sources are weak, some are old, and some will turn out to be wrong. I make mistakes too. If you spot one, tell me at contact@2cb.page.
How the tags work
◆ Solid
replicated research, regulatory fact, or settled history and law
◈ Studied
controlled human studies or official statistics, but few, small or short
◇ Early
animal, cell, pilot or single studies, case reports, company announcements
✺ Anecdotal
user reports and community consensus
∿ Speculative
hypothesis, folklore, or a claim the evidence does not support
❝ Self-reported
comes from people describing their own experience; combines with any tag
When unsure, a claim gets the lower tag. Every card lists what it rests on; nothing is tagged on reputation alone.
What it is not
This is not medical, psychological or legal advice, and it is no substitute for a doctor, pharmacist or lawyer. 2C-B is a controlled substance in almost every country, including under Schedule II of the UN's 1971 Convention, and laws differ widely; checking and obeying the law where you are is your responsibility. Nothing here is an instruction to obtain, make or use any substance. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for how this information is used.
In an emergency
Call 112 (EU, and from most mobile phones worldwide), 911 (US and Canada) or 999 (UK). Tell responders what was taken: they are there to help. Stay with the person.
Credits & licences
This atlas stands on other people's careful work. Drug-combination ratings start from the combination data of TripSit, credited and used non-commercially; where the atlas rates something differently, the card says so. Some dose and duration tables are adapted from PsychonautWiki, reformatted and combined with other sources; those adapted tables are shared under the same licence, CC BY-SA 4.0. Reagent colours follow Wikipedia's reagent-testing charts (CC BY-SA 4.0). Erowid's vaults are linked, never copied. Drug-checking figures come from the services named on each card (among them Saferparty Zurich, DIMS / Trimbos, checkit!, Energy Control, The Loop, WEDINOS and the EUDA). The recovery-position drawing is by Mrmw on Wikimedia Commons (CC0). Typefaces come from Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font License.
If you run one of these projects and would like something credited differently, changed or removed, write to contact@2cb.page and it will be.
